Payment

Why do I get a confirmation from PayPal when I do not have a PayPal account?

Your credit card will be processed through PayPal. Even though you may not have an accout with PayPal, you may order using your own credit card. Your confirmation email will say bill to paypal even though you may have not used a paypal account.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Dancing Dog Design strives to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday by 5pm CST are usually processed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed Monday.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders that are successfully processed are shipped via UPS Ground unless an expedited UPS service is chosen. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within five business days to most places in the US, however, we've found that they usually get to you even sooner than that.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. Please contact us at info@dancingdogdesign.com or 847-387-8578 if you are interested in shipping outside the U.S.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has been shipped out, the email address you submitted will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

Dancing Dog Design will gladly accept returns or exchanges of all of our products within 30 days provided they have not been worn or used. Please see below for more specific information.

Exchanges:
We will accept any unused Dancing Dog Design product for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply send your product back to Dancing Dog Design at the address below and be sure to include a copy of the original invoice. Further, please be sure to clearly state the item for which you want to exchange the product. You will not be charged additional shipping for the exchange.

Returns:
Dancing Dog Design will accept the return of any unused product. Simply send the product back to Dancing Dog Design and include a copy of the original invoice please include all relevant contact information. Returns usually are processed within one week of receiving them. If you are requesting a credit to your credit card, please be aware that it may take up to one full billing period for it to appear on your statement.

Sizing Information

The Canine Coat has a flattering fit, slightly tapered at the waist. It is neither oversized nor form fitting. The cuffs can be turned back to accomodate for varying sleeve lengths. We recommend that you order your true size.

Below are some key measurements for your reference (all inches):

Logo T-shirt: Although the T-shirt is a fitted style, it is not meant to be form fitting. It has a feminine cut without being oversized. We suggest that you buy your true size.
